  I feel feel Spring has sprung when the primula Denticulata get their heads on.

  Nice hellebores. I can't wait for my babies to get big enough to flower. I have one similar to your second photo, which I was told is 'Queen of the Night', but I'm not sure it is?

  I love the fern photo.. I don't grow them now but always enjoyed seeing the new growth like that..
  
  Where I am in East Anglia I'm finding everything is about 3 weeks ahead of schedule, or what I usually expect... I wonder if anyone else is seeing this...?  My Camellias are 3 weeks ahead, my roses are 3 weeks ahead, daffodils, everything really...

  Yes my ferns are well ahead this year too, probably due to all that rain. My first tulips are out and the French lavender is full of buds as well. Echinacea, delphiniums and hostas also sprouting.

  My fern didn't really die back this year but it is looking the worse for wear. I'm not sure whether to leave it or cut it back.

  In London. Keen but lazy.
