Plant ID If Possible

Poor photo i will get a better one later. 

This appears to be sweeping like a carpet of water under the fence, over and down a wall and across the pavement. It looks wonderful. 



Its not my garden. I just saw it yesterday. It has little flowers amongst it.

    Litttle white flowers?  Probably Snow in Summer - Cerastium tormentosum. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    I wish I could get it to grow that well here. It does not like the Welsh hills but I stole the cuttings from my sister's house and it grows really well out of her garden wall completely neglected. Same aspect and exposure just about 500ft less elevation.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
