  • (As mentioned previously) www.realseeds.co.uk sell only seeds that guarantee to seed true and that do well in our climate (I think they're based in Wales).  I highly recommend it.

    I seed tomatoes year-on-year, some originally came from an F1 hybrid (mountain magic) that I now select based on their flavour (and if possible, blight resistance) and these are the best tomatoes I've ever tasted!

    Many thanks for that BobFlannigon, Not having grow tomatoes or any veg before I don't have any idea what  is the best and what to avoid. I would rather grow a good tasting veg and only get a few than grow something that has little taste but has a high yielding. Sadly I think I have bought the latter and am in for disappointment.
