Can anyone identify my mystery succulent?

Bought as a tiny plant from a charity shop and now grown very tall and quickly but the leaves have now started to die off.

Looks like some kind of kalanchoe. A quick look on google says there's one called 'elk antlers' which is similar.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
