Mealy bugs tend to thrive in warm environments, and can be wiped away using a damp cloth or cotton bud. In larger infestations, you can use alcohol like a surgical spirit to remove and wipe clean.

Its at the edge of leafs and texture is like cotton bowl.
Not sure what your other neighbouring plants are, but it sounds like you have Mealybugs. Keep your plants in a cooler environment and see if it makes a difference long term. On some plants, they thrive on over-fed plants or plants that put on growth rapidly.
