I have just had a delivery of a box of bulbs, roots and rhizomes with no information on when and how to plants. I believe I can keep and plant the Calla Lily bulbs in May if kept in a cool dark place. I can plant the Canna rhyzomes in pots now and kept inside until April/May then repot and plant outside but I am stumped on the Kniphofia Uvaria No idea when or how to plant the roots ? Any help please ?
