I would resist feeding. I doubt your plant will need watering much either. Your plants are suffering from the cold, and I'm not sure when the branches were pruned, but that has not helped as there is no shelter around the roots and plants. Looks to me, your greenhouse gets very cold. It might be a good idea to insulate your pots with bubble wrap. The leaves will drop off and hopefully, in warmer weather, new leaves will start to grow.
  • Thank you Borderline, I have frost covers so maybe I'll put those over them during the evenings and wrap the pots and hope they come back once the weather warms up. Thank you x

It is too cold for a lime in a greenhouse. They need to stay as near to 10° at least more if possible.  Get some citrus food for the lime, a teaspoonful of powdered kind per 2 litre of water, use this over three days and then repeat after a week. Keep this going for the summer as it will need it to recuperate then in Autumn drop it to once a month unless you have fruit then its twice a month. The lemon is different as it has a growing season, but feeding it now would help, I haven't grown one but it seems to be a summer feed and winter down time, but maybe others will help more with the lemon.
