Too early to sow?

We have an unheated greenhouse, are are based in the South East.  Could I safely start sowing any of the following now?

Scabious/Cornflower/Knautia/California poppy/Nicotiana/Cerinthe/Marigold/Lychnis.  

Keen to start doing something on this wet and windy day.  Maybe too early though.

    I don't think Scabious would not mind right now. I did Californian Poppies and Cornflowers outside in September last year, so they are already a decent size now and actually lifting some today to give to someone, but others might have a different view. I'm also based in the south east.

    Cerinthe, I would wait for another 1-2 weeks, but again, you can start those now.

    I'd start any of those in a cold GH

    Thanks, I'll start them now, as I'm too impatient too sit and look out of the window!

    Yes, any of those, I also started cornflowers last september, they are now about 6 inches high.

    How often should you water seeds after they have been sown?
    Should you just spray them with a mist or should they get a good soaking.  This is assuming they are in an unheated greenhouse.

    I don't have a greenhouse so believe it would be far warmer. They are kept on a sunny window sill, and usually it gets really hot and dry and I end up watering from below and make sure the soil is fully soaked at least every other day. On cloudy days maybe less watering.
