Growing alstroemeria from seed

CPHCPH Posts: 3

Advice on pack of Thompson & Morgan alstroemeria seeds says to sew seeds and keep at prescribed temperature for 3 weeks, then in fridge for 3 weeks and then take from fridge and await germination. My question is, if some seeds should begin to germinate in the initial 3 weeks prior to going into fridge, should they still go to the fridge or not? I would think not given that germination had already started. I'd like to hear some thoughts though.

You are right, once they've germinated you need no more of the aids to germination.
