I have some anenomes growing in a smallish pot which look potbound. Shall I put them in a bigger pot or can I plant out now?  Help please.

    then I'd pot on and harden off gradually. It's warm now (here) but not too late for some nasty stuff. Even a hardy anemone gets soft in a greenhouse
