Niave Wisteria Sinensus question!

Can I plant this in a raised flower bed? I’ve grown strawberries and other plans in the bed successful but am unsure of whether I can plant the wisteria here? Is drainage an issue? Apologies this is such a basic question - I’m a novice!

    Is the raised bed on top of soil, or on top of a hard surface, eg patios, driveway etc? 
    If it has access to the soil underneath, it should be fine.

    It has access to the bed underneath...thank you. I didn’t think of that!
