They've been ordering 2000 snowdrops in the green every year for several years from Jackie and Rob Potterton in Lincolnshire. https://www.pottertons.co.uk
I must admit I would be like to know too. Funnily enough I got an email from Gardeners' World and there is an offer of "snowdrops in the green" if anyone is interested. Can always forward it on. Don't know if it is a good offer or not.
It means as a growing plant with leaves and roots and maybe flowers. Snowdrop bulbs are small and can dry out if lifted too soon and/or badly stored and/or not planted as soon as they're bought. "in the green" means you get a growing bulb and plant it straight away so more likely to succeed.
