Small conifers

in Problem solving
Hi I got in too gardening last year. I planted 3 small conifers last summer. Is it possible to dig them up and transfer to a pot ?.

    if they were only planted last year ,no problem.

    Just try to retrieve as much of the rootball as possible , keep moist at all times in a sheltered situation until growth commences in Spring .

    As already said - they'll be fine. Keeping them moist is the main thing.
    If the weather's a bit on the dry side where you are, just keep well watered untill they establish. Not normally an issue at this time of year, almost anywhere in the UK, but I know some areas have been drier than usual.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
