Moving Shrubs and perennials

Hi, is it too early to move a Potentilla a space is ready and waiting . I also have a couple of hardy geraniums that need to be moved, they are in pots (now outgrown) and need to go in the garden. Thanks

I'd do the geraniums but I don't know anything about Potentillas

, but if you're "down South", l should imagine you'd be okay to move the potentilla. This may be of further help
