    callistemon?
    Devon.
  • Has no flowers or berries, is evergreen, has a flakey bark, yew perhaps? Im really not sure
  • Best guess at the moment is a juniper of some type with the round things being the fruit.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Yes a Callistemon.
If by the things on it you mean the groups of round bits close together? They are the seed capsules.
If you give them a shake over a piece of paper when /if they are dry you should see  dust like orangey brown seed.

Edited to add linearis as the leaves are narrower than citrinus. I had to check and also it may be called Melaleuca linearis.

I don't know when that changed, I always called our Callistemon because people commonly call it that, and I was given it as Callistemon a long time ago.
    Sorry for the confusion.

Ours did not always flower, but when they do they have red "bottle brush" flowers :)
Not my image just a link to flower , pod and stems. Hovering over the photo you should see a magnifying glass.  Click on it you can zoom in on the photo ,

I agree it’s a Callistemon. Looks like Callistemon Rigidus. The stiff bottlebrush. The leaves should be very narrow and very sharp at the tips.
