It has last week of April as last frost for both Derby and Nottingham. I would put it two weeks later than that. I still don't plant out tender stuff until the last week of May.
I'd agree with fidget. These charts are only a rough guide - same as seed sowing instructions. You need to familiarise yourself with your local weather/temp /ground conditions, year on year. That's tricky if you've moved to a new area, but if in doubt, wait. Anything planted out too soon will just sit there doing nothing if the conditions aren't right.
