I have promoted and demoted plants from the ‘intensive care’ bench today.
Agapanthus is ready for the ward (patio); Lemon Verbena has made excellent progress, Salvia is gaining strength but will stay on ITU until it has grown a bit more, Hucherella has been resuscitated today and a Delphinium is unstable so being observed.

Planted 7 box plants along the path to the compost bin (thought l'd go for the National Trust look, l have delusions of grandeur). Now l know how Monty Don feels, the soil was so easy to dig l had them all in around 30 minutes and l thought it would take most of the morning.
Split clumps of pulmonaria, centaurea and hardy geraniums that l had dug out, and potted them up. Washed a load of pots. Definitely ready for lunch now.

Painted a blue pot black and planted a Magnolia Stellata in it.  Cut back loads of wallflowers that had gone over.  Raided the greenhouse and planted out lots of Agastache and Dianthus.  Planted up more containers and moved lots of pots around.  Another busy day.

Tomorrow is action day and boy do I have plans!   Today we have been taking it easy with removing some blanket weed, twisting a Montana clematis around the trellis and not a lot else really.

@purplerallim.  I haven't many nails left of decent length, but with 2 coats of polish and the dirt scrubbed off at least they looked more respectable. That was last night, today after weeding my two front borders they are back to their begrimed usual state.

Lol. @Lizzie27 I'm trying to keep mine nice, not finished planting yet, but doing it carefully 🙄 , not that it will work, as we are away at the end of the month.

Had a few frosts this week after all the rain so everything seems to have stalled. Nice to have full butts mid May, I normally run out by June. Seems quite luxurious 😊

I haven't been doing much, just critiquing and plotting some projects for winter time.  Put together a shopping list to replace some stuff not looking too good. Keep changing my mind though so will stew on it for a while.
