Apple make computers, they have nothing to do with computer security, they cannot know if your security is at risk, and even if it was they do not have the power to "close you down", whatever that even means, and would have no need to. The email is nonsense if you think about it.
A genuine email will address you by your name, not "Dear Customer" or "Dear (email address)". If in doubt do not click on the link, but go onto the relevant website in the usual way.
One of the best sites to give all the details about scams is snopes.com. They deal with everything from mail, e-mail, telephone etc. They also deal with The Donald's favourite topic - "fake news"!!
If I ever get an email from my friends, a genuine one, and it has some health issue, such as eating loads of broccoli cures cancer, I always check with snopes, so much false info circulates on the web!
