Identify please

could someone please tell me the proper name of this plant and any help on feeding growing potting on

    Looks like haworthia limifolia also charmingly known as the fairy's washboard. Care is pretty simple, much the same as any cactus or succulent and they benefit from a dry period over the winter. The only difference between haworthia and other succulents is that they don't like a lot of direct sun and can tolerate more shade than you'd expect. They look great when they make a nice clump so I'd repot into a wide shallow dish to allow it to spread. Don't go too big to quickly though as succulents don't like to be given too much room in the pot, better too small than too big.

    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    The damp would kill it!
    Mine at present is in an unheated back porch.No watering till about April.

  • Have kept watering since Xmas day damp to touch and it seems to be thriving loads of pubs coming through
