Plant ID please

Please can anyone identify this plant. It was in my garden a couple of years ago but no longer appears and I have not dug anything from the border ( previous owner planted ?)
I would love to replace it if I can find out what it is !

    Eucomis, I think (I just bought one as a dry bulb in Wilko's, but mine is the one with the purple edges to the flowers).
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    They aren't completely hardy, so it may have snuffed it during a cold spell, sadly...
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    Thanks.....I'll take a look in the garden centres now I know what to look for  :)
