Problem with subscriber discount

Is anyone else having problems with the subscriber discount for Crocus? I copied and pasted it and also tried typing it but their website keeps telling me it is an invalid code

    This happened to me a few months back with one of the codes, I got in touch with the supplier. In my case it was Claire Austin and they got the code working.

    I had the same with T&M, so just phoned them and they did the rest. Very pleased with good service.
