  • Auctions certainly are a good place to search for any type of gardening paraphernalia - we have seen large ornaments, wheel barrows, tools etc at our local establishment as well as pots, you could strike lucky!

    I just cannot go for terracotta  pots .  They are too heavy for my back which is already in a mess.  So its plastic pots or nothing. Not elegant but my plants grow in them. I have to go with damage limitation. You can now get some more attractive light weight pots.

    The beauty of plastic pots is that they don’t  dry out, terracotta dry out so quickly they need watering twice a day.
