One of my red Cordylines is sprouting from the base, do I remove or leave please?

    If you want a single stem, the offshoot might make a new plant if you take it off and plant it in a pot (particularly if it's coming from ground level and already has some roots of its own)
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
