Aspidistra pest - ID please

These were lurking under two leaves of my aspidistra, and I’d be very grateful for an ID. Apologies for the lack of a closeup. They were under two leaves, which I removed due to concerns about it spreading. Any care and prevention tips would be also gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
