    A purple flowered Hebe?  Not sure as it is telling me that site doesn't exist but directed me to your last upload.

    If it is the purple flowered hebe, It needs a little fertiliser in Spring, and a bit of deadheading of old flowers. They root easily from new shoots.

    Pete.8 and fidgetbones seem to have got the picture ok so they will be able to give you hints etc. as to how to care for your hebe.

    I'm not sure what variety yours is, but there's some general info from the RHS here.
    I have grown them, they quite easy and don't need a great deal of care or expertise to keep them going.
    Nice little shrub you have there.
