Problems with Seeds
in Plants
I have some seedlings on my window ledge. Inside a normally central heated room.
All have germinated and are doing well. But they all have mold on the surface of the compost. A mix of seed compost and vermiculite. Should I prick out again and re pot.
Will the mold kill the seedlings they seem to be OK. I keep them moist but not wet.
Any ideas.

If the seedlings have got their first true leaves, then you can prick them out.
The problem is that whilst you can keep them warm, which will make them grow, the light just isn't strong enough this time of year for seedlings and they tend to get leggy and weak.

Have you got a cooler room or a porch, or similar, where you can put them? That would let them grow more normally.
You also need somewhere you can put them once they're all potted on. They can take up a lot of room!
