Grape vine

Hi.
With unlimited choice, where to start?

I have a South facing back wall, south London, full sun all day, I want to put 2 vines up it. Probably just for fruit, possibly to make wine. Like the idea of a recognisable variety but not essential.

2 favs? Thinking Muller Thurgau and Boskoop Glory?

We grow Boskoop Glory ... only a young vine but it’s yielding well ... sweet fruit if you don’t mind grapes with pips. Lovely autumn colour from the leaves.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Further to my post above ... this year’s crop was made into grape and rosemary jelly ... Great with game  :)
