Bronze yew

My yew hedge planted 3 years ago is beginning to bulk out. Most of the 130 or so trees have grown well and green, about six however have developed a reddish-bronze tint to the foliage. Whilst this looks quite attractive as a specimen, in a row of otherwise uniform green it sticks out like a sore thumb! I have lifted, potted and replaced the errant trees, but I'm wondering if they will stay this colour or eventually go green? I have read somewhere that bronzing of the foliage is due to seed-raised stock. Now I have to find something that will go with a group of bronzey=brown yews!

    The RHS website says that yew turning bronze is an indication of environmental stress and failure to establish - water logging and drought are both possible causes so maybe the long hot summer is the cause.
