There is no rain predicted for the next two weeks, according to my forecast for this area.

Had a good storm and heavy rain this evening, good to get the rain but it was so heavy it bounced off the hard ground and then evaporated. More hot weather forecast for the rest of the week.
  • We could do with some of your rain @floralies although perhaps not quite so heavy.  No rain here for over a week and none forecast for this week either - no complaints as the weather is settled and good for July, just a little rain would do the garden the world of good though.

The trouble with that type of rain @Guernsey Donkey2 is that it flattens the plants, really need some good steady rain.

We had very black clouds yesterday evening but didn't get any rain which is a pity. Today it's cooler and cloudier.
