That’s a coincidence @Lizzie27 - I have just said the word ‘cloudburst’ to describe the sudden loud thunder clap followed by ridiculously heavy rain then hail we just had now. I was lucky, as just come back from the chemist!
My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Exactly the same here in RCT.

In a word, windy. Trees are certainly being battered and leaves are flying everywhere. Very mild though, 14 degrees at 8.30 am. Glos.

Thick mist this morning up to 10-00
Then the sun came out lovely day
Forecast good for weekend good , so going to allotment , lots of jobs to do
  • Here in the south east we tend to get the same weather as Wisconsin, just 10 days later. They have just had a mini heatwave - over 20 degrees for several days - so I'm hoping for good things in mid-November. Fingers crossed.
