Have had a very mild winter so far, temps very low tonight, down to approx. 3 degrees.....a drop of approx 5 degrees.  Lots of new growth in the garden, as the temp has been between 8 and 12 degrees for weeks.

Thank goodness a bright sunshiny day, maybe cold but no frost, opened the glasshouse door to let in some fresh air, South Wales near the coast.

It was -6° yesterday morning, grey and gloomy in Dordogne.

This morning it was raining +3° but now the sun is out.

The snow forecast for Saturday has been cancelled.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Superb bright sun today! (Shows my windows look streaky though!). Going to be very cold tonight, after this clear day.

Bright blue skies but frosty. I'm going to throw open the greenhouse door, air the house out and then find some excuse to spend the day outdoors to top up my vitamin D.

It was wet overnight then we had a bright morning but now we have heavy skies, fine snowflakes swirling around and 5C.

Beautiful sunny day, has reached the heights of 5 degrees at 1.30pm. Solar lights in the greenhouse are getting a top up !
