It's amazing how, having acquired an allotment, the family's choice of presents has changed. I now have a David Austin Rose "Princess Anne", David Austin's Handbook of Roses, Monty Don's book "Down to Earth", very comfortable kneeler and Richard Jackson's Gardener's Diary complete with notebook and pen. What a refreshing change. Exactly what I would have chosen for myself.
I echo that Fran. I received a lovely pot with sweet pea seeds, a gardeners hand care set, a wooden hand trug and a bug hotel. Also M&S gift vouches, underwear from hubby (I chose, he paid!) and lots and lots of chocolates -my family know me well.
