Leggy Cuttings

I’ve got quite a few cuttings growing away in the conservatory and cold frame, penstemons & the like.
Quite a few are getting a bit leggy so I’d like to know if it’s okay to pinch them out at this time of the year?
Thank you & Merry Christmas 🎅🏻

I wouldn’t bother to pinch out penstemon because in the Spring they start to grow again from the ground (pot) and you cut all the old stuff right off.

Don’t worry if they go mouldy or fungusy, it will all chop off and the new growth will be fine.  Keep them fairly dry.
