no flowers ust pretty pink leaves, the chap that came with me confesses to be a landscape gardener before he became an alcoholic but i'm naive and trusted him, never mind it might still look gorgeous come summer i will carry on talking to it ha ha i had planted it originally in the middle of the garden but the dog was not happy hence moving it towards the edge of the garden im not sure whether to shorten the branches as i don't want [people knocking them as they are walking past , thanks again for your communication
when and if i have time today ill out some more pics up of some other mini garden features i've tried to put together but in a rush as i was trying to play catch up with the neighbours my hanging baskets didn't survive and i also have a terrible habit of losing the labels so don't always know what i'm growing happy xmas btw
I would clear away those white tiles and the straw which are just odd and out of place and also replace those large pebbles with a good layer of garden compost or planting compost to help the plant retain moisture once the weather warms up. If you must have pebbles, make them smaller so the bulbs can push up more easily.
Willows lose their leaves in winter and go dormant. New foliage and any catkins come in spring so you have to expect your plant to go bare for at least 3 months a year. If you want winter foliage interest you need to investigate evergreen shrubs of which there are many but the choice should be guided by the kind of soil you have and your location in the UK which will determine the levels of rain, frost and heat you get.
Tell us more about your garden and what you want from it and maybe we can help.

Try googling Standard Salix integra 'Hakuro-Nishiki' and see if this looks like what you are looking for. My mum has one. If this is it, it is grown for the pretty leaf colour. The idea is to prune to create a round ball shape on top of the trunk. If you trim twice a year you will have lots of new colourful growth and it will help to create a full looking shape.
Hello @Manishapatelhome I have identical Salix on my front garden 2 of them and before winter before they loose their leaves, I always trim them into ball shapes and in the summer I clip of long strands...it helps them generate more as mine started off the same as yours when young
