Would like to identify this plant

Hi everyone,
So I noticed this plant growing in clusters in my garden and was wondering if anyone could identify it for me please? Just want to get of rid if it I it's a pest/weed.

    it looks to me like something which has "escaped" from a bird feeder.

    I'd agree - one of the 'oats'. I think you can class it as a weed, hunerpin  ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
