Object Identification

Found this object in an old garden centre which is now a dog santuary where I work as a volunteer. Anyone have an idea what it is? Looks like some kind of chimney with a handle to me.

    Looks like it says Extrona on the side. I think they are possibly a Spanish firm that make animal cages ? It could be from one of those, but l am guessing!

    100% correct!. Extrona are a company that make animal cages.
