    They all sound beautiful. I shall see how successful I am with my "one" and then look into some other varieties. I chose mine mainly for the winter colour to brighten things up.

    I have a red twigged cornus that is a couple of years old.  Out of interest, how do I tell whether it's a midwinter fire or the alba sibirica?

    Midwinter Fire is orange/gold


    In the sticks near Peterborough

    Sibirica is red all the way up the stem


    Midwinter Fire is flame like in colour.
