What to do

BluesBlues Posts: 49
Our beautiful and long lasting begonias have just about gone over.
Question is, will they come up again next year or do we discard them?
Your help as always appreciated

    They are not hardy.
If they are the tuberous type, you can dig them up, dry the tubers off and replant next year.

If the are not the corm type, I dig thm up, pot them and put in the conservatory for next year.
  • Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and say farewell to  plants which have given you pleasure, but may be difficult to pull through the cold months.
I would be inclined to start with fresh plants next year.
