I have bush growing in my garden I would like to no its name if you could help please it flowers twice a year

Does it have yellow button-like flowers? If so, I think it could be Santolina pinnata subsp. neapolitana.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Take a look at Euryops Pectinactus. They have yellow daisy-like flowers that flowers on and off throughout the year.
