what to do with lillies

Hi, I have a Lilly plant out my garden which is starting to look like something from Jurassic park, as the leaves are so big. Should I have cut it right back for the winter ?? thank you in advance

    It will die down for winter . Not sure why the leaves are so big. Is it a cardiocrinum? Even so, they will wither and go brown. When the entire stalk is brown, cut id down to ground level. I give my lilies a mulch in winter and a feed in Spring as they start sending up new shoots.
