Me again! Kale in grow bag?

can I grow kale in a grow bag? I’ve got 8 plants. If not I’ve got a Belfast sink - would that do? Thank you

  • Is this curly kale ..... if so each plant needs a space the size of a Belfast sink to itself.

Have you got anywhere you can plant them in the ground?

  • It is kale black Tuscany- I could put them in my flower beds. Do you think that is best option? X

Yes.  They're nowhere near as wide as ordinary curly kale and definitely attractive enough to go in flower borders.

  • Thank you both-you always come to my aid.  I will go out and plant them this afternoon. Most of the garden is looking dismal...soggy yellowing leaves everywhere apart from the lovely red leaves of the cotoneaster  :)
  • The autumn colours are wonderful this year ... so many shades of red :D

Yes, I'd put them in the flower border ... when I didn't have much room I used to grow broad beans in the front garden ... passers by would stop and ask me what the lovely black and white flowers were :)
