I just watched an old recording of An Art Lover's Guide to Barcelona. Fascinating, as expected but I wasn't expecting to see a number of locals dancing the Sardana, their national dance. I love the songs and dances of the people. I find them rather moving. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIsaK53Nqug
I saw the whole series some years ago. I like Sooke very much and try not to miss anything he's in.
Like you, I find such dances irresistible. They always remind me of childhood summer holidays in Greece. Young children were never excluded (including me!) and often were dancing in an inner circle with the adults behind them; or in the arms of their parents!
Here is one I watch often because I truly love it. It comes from the island of Ikaros. It's such a happy sight; the whole village appears to be dancing, a mother with her little daughter and a father with his baby in his arms, while a little boy finds the noise a bit too much!

They're going to use it to level UP the trusting "red wall" constituencies and the "disgusted of Tunbridge Wells". They do have a lot in common...
