Thanks for all your kind tips and comments looks like I may have got closure after spending an hour on the phone to paypal they have put all three purchases totalling 60 gbp under one claim and automatically escalated it so I should get my money back on Wednesday
I'm surprised at your bad experience with T & M - I frequently order from them online (mainly their free but pay P&P offers) and they've always delivered okay. Sometimes you do need to read the small print as delivery times vary according to plant/bulbs and the season. The plants I've bought have usually been okay as well.
You have been lucky my last order included a 24 hour dispatch and 8 day later no plants and no reply to my email the other orders have seen the delivery date set back from end of september to the end of november and then to March of next year it’s not a case of not read therebterms and conditions it’s TandM constantly moving the goal post
