You're no doubt referrring to F.sonchifolia , the hardiest species .
I think you'd be OK to move it to a sheltered position now ; the ground is still relatively warm , and supposedly turning milder for the next few days .
Pretty hardy. I had seedlings in pots that were accidentally left outside last winter, and survived the beast from the East. It went to my friends, grew and flowered this summer, and has just been dug up and potted to move to Devon next month.
