Hey guys I was just wondering what shrub this . It’s very prickly plant and sharp looks like it was just for greenery not to sure

is correct. That plant is also known as "butcher's broom". More on the RHS site at

.
An interesting fact, what appear as leaves are actually flat shoots known as cladodes.
