It hardly affects me at all. I might get a bit less or a bit more sleep for a few days, but I tend to get up at more or less the same time anyway so it's no big deal. I like the autumn change best as I enjoy getting an extra hour . It's never really occurred to me to get annoyed about it. It took a bit more thought and organisation when the kids were babies but again, no big deal.

I don't like clocks, having spent my working life being bent into shape by them I am enjoying total freedom - Hooray! I am fortunate to avoid most light and temperature aggravated conditions but it was no fun driving to work in the dark, spending most of the day in a server room built like a dungeon and then home in the dark.
I am sad to be on my own now but the upside is I can do what I want, when I want (well mostly) so GMT/BST passes me by now
