How do the clock changes affect you?

It hardly affects me at all. I might get a bit less or a bit more sleep for a few days, but I tend to get up at more or less the same time anyway so it's no big deal. I like the autumn change best as I enjoy getting an extra hour . It's never really occurred to me to get annoyed about it. It took a bit more thought and organisation when the kids were babies but again, no big deal.

I don't like clocks, having spent my working life being bent into shape by them I am enjoying total freedom - Hooray! I am fortunate to avoid most light and temperature aggravated conditions but it was no fun driving to work in the dark, spending most of the day in a server room built like a dungeon and then home in the dark.

I am sad to be on my own now but the upside is I can do what I want, when I want (well mostly) so GMT/BST passes me by now  :)

It use to to take me a couple of weeks to get use to changing the clock ⏰, now it doesn’t bother me , obviously getting old and use to retirement help

Personally I still don’t known why we bother !

I don't really do clock time much either. I barely have a clue what day it is most of the time, much less what time it is. (What year is this?)

Today is 11 Brumaire An CCXXVII according to the French revolutionary calendar---if that's any help, @Fire.
