Help identify a Rose

Please help me. My wife and I are moving house soon and we really don't want to disturb a Rose which has been in our garden since before we moved in 6 years ago. We have never seen a Rose like it before and no matter how hard we have searched in garden centres, we have not come across a Rose like it.. it's very tall, over 7 ft. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
