    Yes, lovely garden KeenonGreen. It looks like you've got lots more pots than I have!

    I deliberately had our beds edged with wide coping stones so I could sit and weed if I needed to.

    Gorgeous terracing, lovegardening, don’t hide those lovely aged bricks/stones too much! Two shrubs that drape nicely over my terracing are Nandina Firepower and Abelia Grandiflora. I like Salvia Bluenote against the stone too:

  • Nollie, it's funny you should say that. I saw the Nandina at RHS Wisley  last Tuesday and really liked the look of it but it was too expensive there. Thankyou for sharing your pic, looks lovely.

    I use the RHS website for research sometimes and are always shocked by their prices, so I am sure you can get it cheaper elsewhere. It’s quite slow growing, though, so worth spending a bit more for a bigger specimen if you are impatient like me!
