Hello Everyone
I planted irises a couple of weeks and they are growing already ,green shoots. I'm a bit worried by this as they are a spring plant. Is this normal

Which kind and how deep?
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

They are light blue Dutch variety and I've planted them about 4 - 5 inches in ground

Then the soil temps and moisture are right for them to grow and they'll stop if it gets too cold.
