What are these insects on my rose plant.. Help

Hi,
These tiny red insects are all over my rose plants. What are these insects? How do I get rid of them? Please help.

    Why get rid of them?  If you don't know what they are, why do you assume they're a nuisance?  They don't appear to be eating the rose leaves.  It's late in the year for larvae to be hatching, so chances are the coming winter will kill them.  The roses will be dropping their leaves, so why worry?

    Whatever they are, they’ll be somebody’s lunch. 

    As @josusa47 has said, any damage they may do to the leaves won’t matter as the leaves will be falling now.

    Agree with @josusa47 and @Dovefromabove ! Leave them alone.
    However I'd still be interested in knowing what the little critters are. Are those tiny spheres the "eggs" that the "worms" have just emerged from? or something else?
    EDIT.- Maybe freshly emerged roseslug sawfly larvae

    All the leaves have started looking white and they have spread on all of my rose plants. I googled it, but didn't find anything.
    P.S.- I am from India. The leaves won't fall.
    Please help.

    You should have mentioned the country you live in in your first post, it would have helped. Anyway, if those are indeed roseslug sawfly larvae they will spread and eat all your rose leaves. Better find an appropriate treatment before it's too late. Do you have a photo showing the larvae having grown bigger in size?

    I don't think they are roseslug sawfly larvae.  See here - https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=932

    The climate and range of beasties in the UK, where this forum is based, are very different from what you'll find in India and there are probably differnces between north and south India.  You need to talk to a rose expert form India so contact a rose nursery or a rose society if there is one or a botanical garden and see if they can advise you.

    Failing that, I would blast them off with a blast from a hosepipe and then check day and pick them off if predators don't arrive.   Using a chemical pesticide will kill th egood guys too so is to be avoided.

    I would also feed the plants some bonemeal forked in gently around the roots as this will help with root and plant strength and encourage a recovery.
